I/We agree to accept the responsibilites for all actions of my/our dog(s) whilst attending any event conducted by Bundaberg Dog Sports Inc. I/We understand that Bundaberg Dog Sports Inc. or any of its officials do not accept any responsibility for any injury that is occasioned to any members of my/our family or my/our dog(s) and agree to indemnify them against any action at law.  I/We agree to ensure that my / our dog(s) will be maintained under control, that they are immunised and will maintain immunication whilst they are attending club activities. I/We further agree to abide by the rules and constitution of the Club.
